Can real estate really be purchased without equity?

What happens if the tenant does not pay the rent?
We offer an optional tenant guarantee to give you additional security. We also have a local management team who will personally take care of any challenges by the third of each month at the latest. We provide additional security with a deposit of three months' rent. Before the tenancy starts, we carry out a comprehensive check - including a credit check, employment contract check and a tenant reference - to ensure that the tenant is trustworthy and reliable.
How much time can you expect to spend on managing the property each month?
Our efficient property management system allows you to keep track of everything in a minimum of time. You only need around five minutes per month to check the incoming rent. At the end of the year, only one hour is needed to create and send the service charge statement. With this simple and time-saving approach, you can easily manage your investment without sacrificing valuable time.
What options are available to me if the tenant moves out of my property?

In the event of a change of tenant, our external on-site management will take over the entire process of re-letting for you. This includes offering the property at the current market price, conducting viewings and selecting suitable tenants. As the owner, you don't have to worry about anything - we take care of all the details to ensure a smooth transition and continued profitability of your property.
