- First professional experience in asset or property management or project management
- Strong market analysis and operational management skills, coupled with effective communication and persuasiveness

- Hands-on mentality and strong customer and service orientation
- Willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

These are your tasks in our team
- You take over the organization and management of the acquisition process for new properties
- You monitor budgeting at property level
- You manage and implement the structural measures for upgrading existing buildings on your own responsibility
- You coordinate external service providers and tradespeople
- You prepare regular market value assessments for the properties
- You are responsible for monitoring the progress of the project in terms of costs, deadlines and quality, as well as analyzing opportunities and risks
